You may return an item within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with any tags attached.
Contact us first so we can agree how to collect or receive the item.
Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.
This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty or was described incorrectly.
Refunds are made to the original method of payment.
Where an order was paid by card, the refund is returned to that card by bank transfer. We do not refund card payments in cash.
Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and checked. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank.
If an item is faulty or not what you ordered, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or a refund, including any delivery charge.
