They say the history of a nation is carved in stone. But we know it is also written in thread.

DN8 did not appear overnight. Its story began nearly a century ago with a family craft, where each generation passed on to the next not only its skills, but also its dedication to the craft. We were taught that a line should never be crooked, a stitch should never be weak, and quality leaves no room for compromise. Along with the art of tailoring came respect for the material, attention to detail, and responsibility for every piece that left the workshop.

In 2002, a new generation carried the family business forward. It preserved the traditions while looking to the future in a new way. That is how DN8 came to life — a modern sports brand built on heritage, culture, and identity.

This is what sets DN8 apart from many global sportswear brands: its commitment to meaning. For many years, uniforms for Armenian athletes were created by international companies that paid little attention to the country’s history, symbols, and cultural heritage. Too often, it came down to the word “Armenia” and the national coat of arms. It was just clothing. We wanted something more—armor. DN8 was created to change that.

Every line, ornament, and symbol in DN8’s designs carries meaning. We study Armenia’s cultural heritage and bring it to life through contemporary sportswear design. To us, sport is more than competition. It is an opportunity to tell the world about our country, its culture, its character, and its identity.

Since 2023, DN8 has been the official supplier of the Armenia National Team. In 2024, the brand designed and produced the ceremonial uniform for the Armenian Olympic Team for the Summer Games in Paris.

Our mission is to ensure that every athlete representing Armenia on the world stage looks and feels like a true champion. When an athlete puts on DN8, he puts on more than sportswear. He puts on pride in his country, his identity, and his connection to his native culture. DN8’s vision is to become a global sports brand that helps nations express their national identity through sport, culture, and design.
